1、工程概况Project Overview
双立人工厂位于上海市，屋面原有的结构为：混凝土结构.

2、现在存在的问题Problem existed now
现有的屋面发生渗漏，经过我司技术人员到现场勘察后发现，主要的问题如下:
According to the survey in the factory site, The main problem is as follows:
原有的防水卷材老化、开裂严重，已失去防水功效。
The original waterproof coiled material is seriously aged and cracked, and has lost its waterproof effect
混凝土刚性自防水屋面由于混凝土施工后的一些质量原因(如裂缝,蜂窝等)和后期的环境因素造成容易产生渗漏.
For Concrete base waterproof roof, leakage is easily caused by quality problems due to concrete installation like cracks and honeycomb and environment influence after finish
1、拆除屋面原有的旧防水卷材，并清运出厂；
2、打磨混凝土基层，采用粘接砂浆局部修复基层
3、采用西卡渗耐公司生产的1.5厚玻璃纤维内增强带纤维背衬G410-15F PVC卷材（GL类）对原有的混凝土结构进行满粘固定。G410-15F PVC produced by Sika Sarnafil Company will be applied to the originals concrete structure with fully adhered system

G410-15F PVC产品技术参数及性能要求
1）、PVC类型：玻璃纤维内增强带纤维背衬PVC卷材，GL类
2）、厚度：1.5mm
3）、颜色：白色
4）、最大拉力（N/cm）: 不小于120；
5）、断裂伸长率(%)： 不小于100；
6）、热处理尺寸变化率(%)：不大于0.1；

5、西卡渗耐PVC防水系统在旧屋面改造中的优势

6、施工说明 Installation General Information

只有顺利完成我们的培训课程，并且有正规的现场实际操作经验的人员才能进行西卡渗耐系统的施工。
Only those who have successfully completed one of our training courses and have regular, practical site experience may install Sika Sarnafil systems.
Sikaplan F型卷材是一种匀质防水卷材，适用于各种施工方法。匀质卷材是由双层薄膜热熔而成。
Sarnafil® F is homogenous waterproofing membrane suitable for different applications.It is produced as a single layer membrane with additional top layer.
所有运到施工现场的产品应密封贮存或包装，搬运时防止对产品的损坏，卷材应用帆布保护防潮，并存放在地势高的地方，如托盘、木材上。一旦卷材在贮存时受潮浸水，卷材焊接质量就会受到影响。
所有易燃材料应存放在凉爽干燥处，远离火星和明火。
All membranes delivered to the job site shall be in the original container or wrappings.Handle all materials to prevent damage.
Membrane rolls should be protected against exposure with canvas tarpaulins and must be stored on an elevated level, such as pallets, wood Logs…
All flammable materials shall be stored in a cool, dry area away from sparks and open flames.
平型屋面材料的施工程序应事先计划好，以适应工地和天气条件。
- 确定好每天的工作步骤。
- 确保工作面上能及时排水
- 确保每天的工作面都全部密封（当日工作面，焊缝和周边，压条上的焊接等部位的防水…）
- 安排好工序，避免在新铺好的屋面上行走，拖拉设备或存放物品。必要时，施工方应保护卷材免受损坏。
- 在施工前和施工中，应清除表面上的所有灰尘、碎屑。
The procedure for installing the flat roofing must be planned beforehand and adapted to the site and weather conditions.
- Define daily work stages.
- Ensure that rain water can drain off at all times.
- Make sure daily work stages are leak proof (waterproofing of daily stages, seams and perimeters welding over fastening bars…)
- Arrange word sequences to avoid use of newly constructed roofing as walking surface or for equipment movement and storage. where required, contractor shall provide all necessary protections to prevent membrane from damage.
- Prior and during application, all dirt, debris and dust shall be removed from surface.
焊接卷材时，搭接部分必须清洁干燥。对于满粘系流，PVC卷材的搭接宽度应为80mm。
When welding membrane, the overlap area must be clean and dry.
The overlap is 80mm for fully adhered applications.
只能采用西卡渗耐认可的焊接工具。
下列工具用于焊接西卡渗耐卷材：
1 手持式焊枪
2 20mm宽焊嘴
3 40mm宽焊嘴
4 压辊
5 焊绳焊嘴
Only use welding tools approved by Sika Sarnafil.
The following tools are available for welding Sika Sarnafil membranes:
1 Hand welding gun
2 20 mm wide welding nozzle
3 40 mm wide welding nozzle
4 Pressure roller
5 Cord nozzle
粘结概况General Information - Adhering
Ø 808/606/ 胶粘剂 Sarnacol / 808/606/ adhesive
- 卷材只能粘附在耐熔剂、干燥且没有灰尘的表面上，表面不能过度粗糙，被污染，或有其他类似问题。
- 铺开西卡渗耐卷材，调整对齐，并向后折回大约一半的卷材宽度。
- 用胶辊和刮板分别在屋面基层和卷材底面上均匀地涂上一层渗耐808胶粘剂。
- 根据环境温度，分段地涂胶粘剂，并使胶粘剂中的溶剂充分挥发(手触检查)。挥发时间在很大程度上取决于天气条件、承载层和胶粘剂的用量。
- 待溶剂挥发后将卷材铺在涂胶的承载层上，并使用手持式压辊压实。
- 折回另一半卷材，并重复上述程序。
